Justin Bieber Won’t Be Charged In Paparazzi Assault

Justin can breathe easy! There will be no charges pressed against him from his altercation with a photographer back in May!

This news must certainly come as a relief to Justin Bieber: TMZ reports that he won't be charged at all for the events stemming from his paparazzi altercation that took place in May of this year!

Back in May, a photographer called 911 and filed a police report against Justin after a physical altercation in Calabasas. However, the L.A. County D.A. will not be filing any criminal charges against the pop star, due to conflicting witness accounts and an overall lack of evidence.
