Hey, it’s been a couple weeks since we had one of these. Roscoe Dash, best known as the braying 22-year-old voice behind the hooks to some of the bigger hip-hop hits of recent years, including Waka Flocka Flame’s “No Hands” and Big Sean’s “Marvin and Chardonnay,” has fired shots at a couple big names. The singer/rapper took to Twitter today to call out those he felt had wronged him, namely Wale and Kanye West, whom Dash basically accused of biting his shit. We’ll let him explain:
Everybody go get the G.O.O.D album and listen to #1 then watch @kanyewest interview worldstarhiphop.com/videos/video.p… & tell me y I’m not on the credits

Same shyt with @wale lotus flower bomb I wrote that for him b4 he even signed to Ross & it went #1

After getting off the phone with @wale I feel like I need to clarify I WROTE THE HOOK for “lotus flowerbomb” not his verses
— Roscoe Dash 2.0(@Roscoedash) September 20, 2012
However the record went #1 & I wasnt credited

& as far as @kanyewest “To The World” if u listen close my adlibs are STILL in the song

No response yet from Kanye or Wale over Twitter—the former’s probably still celebrating a week-long Cruel Summer release party, while the latter is probably hustling to the MMG basement to film a video for some unnecessary “Bag of Money” remix. We’ll keep you posted as further developments in this street-level copy infringement case come to light.
