Info Post

It hasn’t exactly been a long road between Big Sean becoming Finally Famous and him submitting for entry to the Hall of Fame, but then again, it has been a productive 12 months for Sean Michael Anderson, so we won’t begrudge him being a little pre-mature sending himself to…Cleveland? Canonsburg, PA? Big Sean revealed to a Montreal crowd last night that the title of his second full-length official release will be Hall of Fame: Memoirs of a Detroit Player. “We all strive to be the best,” said Sean by way of explanation. “If you don’t do it to be the best I don’t why the f— you do it.”

“Best” is still a rather strong word for anything specifically Big Sean-related—he still hasn’t even been the best thing about any of the hit songs he’s been on, as far as we can remember—but we respect his ambition, certainly. Actually, is there a Booty Jam Hall of Fame? If so, we dunno if Sean is there yet, but he’s certainly on track for it. Maybe even a first-balloter.
